Job summary

Turner Construction Co. Columbus Main is seeking a QA/QC Leader to plan, coordinate and develop the project-specific QA/QC plan, ensuring full compliance with contract documents. You will manage QA/QC staff and drive implementation across the project team and subcontractors.

You will report to the Project Manager or Project Executive and work closely with owners, architects and vendors, maintaining ethical standards and rigorous quality control throughout procurement, construction and close-out.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with five years' construction experience or equivalent mix of education and field work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of contract documents and QA/QC processes.
• Familiarity with project management software and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and develop the project QA/QC plan for contract compliance.
• Manage QA/QC staff and ensure timely implementation across the project.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Lead QA/QC activities, inspections, and reporting; enforce ethics and compliance.
• Oversee document control, RFIs, changes within budget and schedule constraints.
