Job summary

LRS Federal LLC seeks an experienced Construction Manager to join our team at Veterans Hospital in Oregon on the 2nd shift (2pm–10pm). You will support mechanical, electrical, and project engineers, ensuring renovation work meets contract requirements and industry standards.

You will conduct on-site inspections, review contractor submittals, and document daily RMS reports. Proficiency with MS Project and Primavera P6 is required, along with EM 385-1-1/OSHA knowledge and USACE experience is

Qualifications

Strong background in construction QA for federal projects preferred.
10+ years in building construction/renovation/modernization.
Hands-on knowledge of EM 385-1-1 and OSHA requirements.
Prior USACE experience is preferred and experience with three-Phase Inspection Process.
Comfortable generating daily RMS reports and documenting findings.
Detail-oriented and solutions-driven with strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to commit to the 2nd shift (2pm–10pm) daily.

Responsibilities

Inspect Contractor Work: on-site inspections; review submittals; daily RMS reports with recommendations.
Review On-Site Materials and Equipment: inspect storage, materials, equipment per contract and EM 385-1-1; document in RMS.
Observe Contractor Methods: monitor performance; document findings and advise Government personnel.
Analyze Schedules: use MS Project and Primavera P6 to assess progress and critical path.
