Job summary

Innovative Consulting & Management Services (ICMS) seeks an experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to ensure effective QC programs on federal and state projects. The role involves reviewing deliverables, leading QA planning, and generating timely QA reports, with potential night/weekend work aligned to project schedules.

Qualifications

• Four-year Bachelor's Degree is desired in construction management, engineering or related field or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years construction management and/or craft supervision experience on commercial or Government construction projects.
• Proven experience overseeing work quality, inspections, testing, and compliance activities.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, IOs, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Responsibilities

• Review contract deliverables and submittals for conformance and perform daily inspections.
• Develop a construction QA plan for each project including inspection, testing, and reporting procedures.
• Prepare daily QA reports within 48 hours.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings and monitor QC activities.
• May include working some nights and weekends as needed.
