Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; degree preferred in Construction or Engineering.
• 10+ years on large federal construction contracts (DoD/USACE preferred).
• Vertical construction experience; hospital construction highly preferred.
• Experience with building codes and safety standards.
• Experience with RMS 3.0, three-phase inspection, OSHA EM 385-1-1 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers surveillance reports on construction phases for compliance with plans and specifications.
• Provides technical expertise to ensure project compliance with engineering standards, codes, and design instructions.
• Performs inspections and completes daily site reports with comments and progress updates.
• Monitors schedules and identifies potential delays; suggests contract modifications as needed.
• Reviews contractor schedules and plans for approval; supports contract modifications.
• Assists in all phases of the contract modification process.
• Reviews technical submittals for approvals, including safety and QC programs.
• Uses RMS for project management and reporting.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
