You will review plans, monitor progress, and support contract modifications while adhering to safety and quality standards. Strong knowledge of building codes and vertical construction is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• 10+ years' experience in construction contract administration and inspection on large federal projects.
• Experience with vertical hospital construction projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with relevant construction/building codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver surveillance reports on construction phases for compliance with plans and specs.
• Provide technical expertise to ensure project meets all codes and design instructions.
• Perform inspections and daily site reports noting progress, safety, and subcontractors.
• Monitor construction activities for schedule compliance and potential delays.
• Review contractor plans and submittals for approval actions.
• Assist in contract modification processes.
