Responsibilities

• Develop, update and manage project schedules from inception to completion.
• Communicate schedule status with field staff, consultants and client.
• Meet with subcontractors for baseline and recovery schedules.
• Identify schedule risks and communicate to regional personnel.
• Utilize EVMS to create WBS and analyze variances against baseline.
• Forecast impacts and support cash flow projections monthly.
• Use Primavera P6 to document performance and progress.
• Lead schedule reviews and training for staff.
