Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required.
• 0-2+ years of construction scheduling experience.
• Proficiency in developing, resource loading, analyzing and reporting on project schedules.
• Primavera P6 scheduling experience is required.
• Understanding of Earned Value management system principles and applications.
• Experience in contracts/scheduling is preferable.
• General knowledge of construction means and methods.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, track and update construction schedules from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with project teams and subcontractors to develop baselines and updates.
• Identify schedule risks and communicate them to staff and division personnel.
• Use EVMS principles and WBS to facilitate schedule development.
• Monitor schedule performance, analyze variances, and forecast impacts.
• Use Primavera P6 to update and document schedule performance.
• Support division training seminars.
