Job summary

McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. is seeking a Project Scheduler to support mission-critical projects from inception through completion. The role collaborates with project teams to develop, track, and update schedules and to maintain baselines and recovery plans.

Travel may be required depending on project locations. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering and at least 2 years of scheduling experience; Primavera P6 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years scheduling experience.
• Experience with large-scale data centers preferred.
• Primavera P6 scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with field staff, scheduling consultant and client to ensure efficient schedule development and updates.
• Meet with Subcontractors for baseline schedule and monthly updates.
• Identify and communicate significant schedule risks to staff and division personnel.
• Forecast impacts of variances to aid in schedule management.
• Utilize Primavera P6 to update and document schedule performance.
• Monitor and status schedule progress.
• Interact with scheduling consultant in schedule reviews and claims analysis; perform cash flow projections monthly.
