Job summary

McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. seeks a Project Scheduler to help project teams develop, track, and update schedules from inception to completion on Mission Critical projects.

This is a site-based role that may require travel or relocation depending on project needs. Responsibilities include coordinating with field staff, scheduling consultants and clients, meeting with subcontractors for baseline and recovery schedules, identifying risks, forecasting variances, using Primavera P6, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent scheduling experience.
• Experience with large-scale or hyperscale data centers preferred.
• Primavera P6 scheduling experience preferred.
• Good organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with field staff, scheduling consultant and client to ensure efficient and accurate schedule development and updates.
• Meet with Subcontractors as required in development of baseline schedule, monthly updates and recovery schedule.
• Identify and communicate significant schedule risks to Staff and appropriate Division personnel.
• Forecast impacts of variances to aid in the management of the schedule.
• Utilize Primavera P6 scheduling software to update and document schedule performance.
• Monitor and status schedule progress.
• Analyze delivery impacts, time extensions, claims, etc. through the use of schedule fragnets.
• Interact with scheduling consultant in schedule reviews, claims analysis, etc. Perform cash flow projections / analysis on a monthly basis.
• Participate in Division training seminars.
