Oneida General Mechanical Corporation (GMC) is actively seeking a highly motivated, full-time Senior Construction Project Manager in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing project completion within budget, schedule, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
2. Leading project teams on schedule, budget, safety, and quality control.
3. Managing project scope, risks, and resources.
4. Preparing reports, managing contractual agreements, and coordinating with regulatory agencies.
5. Developing project plans, schedules, and negotiating scopes of work.

Minimum qualifications:

• At least ten years of project management experience in construction.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with project scheduling software like Primavera.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.

Preferred qualifications:

• Managing projects valued between $10-$50 million.
• Experience with DoD projects, especially U.S. Navy and Air Force.

Travel: Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed.
