Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Construction Project Manager 4 in Charlotte, NC for an Energy Delivery program. You will oversee non-IT projects with a focus on electrical infrastructure, utilities, and large-scale construction, blending office leadership with on-site oversight.

You will coordinate with utilities, design teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders, manage schedules and risks, and provide clear status updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in construction/utilities/energy infra.
• 5+ years of construction management or field execution with onsite oversight.
• 3+ years of experience with electrical infrastructure or utility projects.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across engineering, construction, utilities and operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate non-IT projects in engineering, construction, electrical infrastructure, and energy delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans and integrate activities across teams.
• Lead project meetings with utilities, design teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items.
• Provide onsite support during active construction and ensure safety, quality, and alignment with objectives.
• Prepare and deliver regular status reports and dashboards to leadership.
