Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager 4 in Charlotte, hybrid. The role supports the Energy Delivery Organization, coordinating data center expansion with utilities, engineering firms, and contractors.

The candidate will lead schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications, conduct site visits, and ensure progress from planning through construction with strong communication and proactive problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project Management experience including scheduling and reporting.
• 5+ years of Construction Management experience with field oversight and contractor management.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical infrastructure, utility, substations, or energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate utility, electrical infrastructure, and construction projects for data center expansion.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, action items, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead project meetings and provide status updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct site visits, monitor construction progress, and coordinate with contractors and engineering partners.
• Review project documentation and support successful execution from planning through construction.
