Job summary

UDR Consulting, INC seeks a Construction Manager to lead EPC/CM projects in Lexington, KY or Louisville, KY. You will supervise safety, quality, schedule and cost, coordinate contracts and subcontractors, and drive client relations through project completion.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree and 7+ years in construction project management, with strong MS Office and scheduling tool skills. Willingness to travel monthly is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant project management experience in construction.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Support EPC/PM to oversee day-to-day operations from pre-construction through project completion.
• Oversee safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, subcontractors, and field staff.
• Develop project plans, schedules, cost development, and staffing plans.
• Manage client relations and proposal/project-related items.
• Coordinate subcontracts, bid processes, and change orders.
