Job summary

UDR Consulting is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee EPC/CM projects in Lexington or Louisville, KY. You will lead day-to-day construction activities, drive safety programs, manage schedules, and coordinate with engineers and clients.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Construction or related field and 7 years of PM experience; travel to project sites is expected. Join a team focused on quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; 7 years of project management experience.
• Experience with scheduling, cost control, and document control software preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and successful delivery of projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules and cost control metrics.
• Manage client relationships and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders.
• Ensure safety programs and QA/QC compliance.
• Coordinate with engineering and multiple global practices.
• Review permits, reports, risk assessments, and project documentation.
