Qualifications

• 2+ years as Assistant Project Manager.
• Skilled in construction drawings, specs, and take-offs.
• Supervised 2+ Area Wide Events.
• Experience in DR or GC.
• 7+ current industry certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish, overseeing quality control.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
• Review, approve, and manage subcontractor proposals and change orders.
• Maintain all project documentation including logs and reports.
• Coordinate with leadership on project scope.
• Perform billing reviews, audits, and invoicing.
• Monitor project risks and proactively address any issues.
• Respond to on-call needs and manage technician availability.
