Job summary

The Valcourt Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects in the Miami area. You will analyze drawings and specifications, set deadlines, procure materials, and monitor progress to ensure on-time completion.

Responsibilities include coordinating submittals, maintaining pricing, and communicating with owners and engineers to produce accurate bids. Strong MS Excel/Word skills and OSHA knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand commercial plans, specs and details.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of construction plans and OSHA procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects to ensure scope completion per industry standards and profitability.
• Coordinate submittals, buy materials, and ensure timely documentation.
• Communicate with owners and engineers to prepare comprehensive bids.
• Perform accurate take-offs and maintain pricing from vendors.
• Ensure materials have PO numbers and manage change orders, RFIs, and shop drawings.
