Responsibilities

• Develops and implements project safety plans and leads on-site safety.
• Creates and manages project controls, schedules, and cost management to meet contract obligations.
• Directs project team including superintendents and engineers to meet milestones and quality standards.
• Leads risk assessment and contract administration to ensure alignment with owner documents.
