Shook Construction Co in Brecksville, OH is seeking a Project Manager to lead one or more construction projects. You will create schedules, manage trade partners, and drive safety, quality, and client satisfaction across projects.

You’ll mentor project engineers, coordinate with design teams, control costs, oversee procurement and monthly billing, and uphold a strong safety culture while aligning with our core values.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or similar.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear, concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the project schedule.
• Participate in all preconstruction services.
• Manage and collaborate with critical trade partners.
• Lead a project-dedicated staff, establishing roles and expectations.
• Develop project cost structure and handle all monthly billing tied to completed work.
• Develop and implement a quality control plan.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial forecasting.
