Job summary

Global Earthwork + Underground is seeking a Project Manager to oversee safety, quality, production, and successful completion of assigned construction projects. Responsibilities include contract compliance, planning work, managing suppliers and trade partners, and maintaining project controls and schedules.

The role requires strong communication, risk mitigation, and leadership to guide field teams and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum of three years of experience in construction project management.
Strong communication skills with a professional, polished style.
Experience with PM software tools listed in the qualifications.

Responsibilities

Safety: Monitor field operations and engage with workers and safety specialists.
Contractual management: enforce requirements and participate in negotiations.
Manage relationships with project team, trade partners, designers, inspectors, and clients.
Plan and execute work: develop work plans, engage resources, and ensure sequencing.
Lead supplier and trade partner engagement including contracting and closeout.
Document & project controls: maintain secure, organized documentation and controls.
Scheduling: develop and maintain the project schedule with stakeholders.
Risk management: mitigate risks, speak up, and raise concerns early.
Quality management: support the project quality plan and kickoff meetings.
