Job summary

Soil Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of construction projects from preconstruction handoff through closeout. You will oversee safety, scheduling, budgeting, and quality, acting as the primary contact for owners and project partners.

Collaborate with Superintendents, Project Engineers, and leadership to ensure safe, profitable execution. Requires a BS in engineering and 7+ years of PM experience on large projects.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering OR a related 4-year degree in Construction or Environmental Management; 7+ years of related construction experience.
• Prior experience as a Project Manager on projects valued $10M+ preferred.
• Experience in heavy construction or specialty civil work including drilled micropiles, CFA, vaults, and other complex infrastructure work.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety leadership and ensure incident-free execution; maintain safety planning, site visits and reporting.
• Manage project cost performance, billing, and contract compliance; prepare cost reports and forecasts.
• Develop baseline project schedule (CPM); manage look-ahead schedules and schedule updates.
• Coordinate with owners, project partners, Superintendents, Project Engineers, and field teams.
• Coordinate utility requirements and provider scheduling; participate in constructability reviews and value engineering.
• Ensure quality control and maintain complete project records; ensure compliance with contract documents.
