Job summary

RXR in New York seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead construction programs from design through completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget compliance, and quality per client contracts. The role reports to the Senior Project Manager and requires proactive planning, clear communication, and rigorous documentation.

You will oversee project planning and scheduling, develop scopes, manage budgets, RFIs and submittals, and coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal RXR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years field experience in project management for construction.
• OSHA 30 and NYC 4-hour Scaffold Training are required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage construction projects from concept through completion.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, change orders, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with RXR safety requirements and client contracts.
