Qualifications

• Five years of full-time experience managing/construction projects meeting cost criteria.
• Bachelor’s degree plus one year of such experience OR relevant professional license.
• Alternative: combination of education and experience to equal five years as described above.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex capital projects from inception through close-out.
• Review projects to determine scheduling and sequencing.
• Coordinate with Sponsor Agencies to align scope and vision.
• Oversee design, construction management and staff.
• Develop cost estimates and deliverable dates for bids and schedules.
• Process change orders and ensure safety, schedule adherence, and timely completion.
• Generate reports, attend meetings, and supervise contractors and junior PMs.
