Cumming Group is seeking a Project Manager I to lead tenant improvement projects for a high-profile client in Seattle. You will coordinate the project team, manage scope, cost, and schedule, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure goals are met.

You will design action plans, monitor progress, and drive permitting with relevant agencies, while aligning with client standards and budgets. This on-site role offers growth and client-facing exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing Project Management Plans and fee/budget proposals.
• Ability to monitor scope and adjust as needed throughout the project.
• Experience driving action plans and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of permitting processes and driving timelines.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate project scope, schedule, and cost.
• Value engineer opportunities and manage substitutions.
• Prepare management plans and project budgets at outset.
