Job summary

You will review drawings, track deliveries, identify risks, oversee field teams, ensure quality and safety, and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in commercial construction project management.
• Experience with exp editing and expeditor responsibilities, ensuring timely procurement and coordination with suppliers.
• Skills in logistics management across multiple project sites, including deliveries and inventories.
• Background in inspection activities, quality control, and adherence to safety and building codes.
• Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication abilities.
• Proficiency with project management software and standard construction documentation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience in commercial contracting.
• Experience in interior and exterior specialty commercial construction in Arizona or similar markets preferred.
