Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for interior/exterior specialty projects.
• Review plans/specs and solicit/evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
• Develop competitive proposals and plan project schedules while overseeing execution.
