Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture with 5+ years related experience.
• Proficient with MS Office, Bluebeam, Smartsheet and PM Web.
• Experience in high-volume environments and in sustainability/infrastructure renewal.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from identification through closeout.
• Develop goals, budgets and schedules with stakeholders; obtain approvals.
• Manage changes within approved budgets and schedules.
• Procure and manage project team; ensure governance and reporting.
• Oversee safety plans and hazard analyses; ensure compliant execution.
• Report status to institutional governing boards and executives.
