The role emphasizes strong client relationships with design professionals, trade partners, and communities.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of relevant experience, including projects in the $20M–$75M range, and proficiency with Procore, Timberline, and Microsoft tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years' related experience including managing projects $20M–$75M.
• Design-Build experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to foster positive team health and morale.
• Strong decision making and complex problem-solving.
• Collaborative and engaging leadership style.
• Understanding of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint.
• Experience with Procore and Timberline (Sage Intacct).
• Experience with GC/CM, design-build, or CMAR delivery methods.
• Opportunities for growth to senior PM or project executive.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team to achieve outstanding outcomes.
• Manage project finances including estimating, cost control, and forecasting.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of project scope.
• Own relationship management with clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with safety and field teams to implement a project safety plan.
• Identify and manage project risks.
• Ensure compliance with owner contract requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedule with Last Planner System.
• Review scope and bid packages, manage cost control.
• Support innovation and Lean project delivery initiatives.
• Guide team member development and performance reviews.
• Support self-perform work and lead preconstruction efforts.
• Assist with business development and procurement activities.
