Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction management.
• 5+ years in personnel management, leading multiple large/complex projects.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• PgMP Certification possible within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and growth through business development and client relationships.
• Oversee project execution across cost, schedule, staffing, and quality benchmarks.
• Lead safety culture and drive injury-free environment.
• Mentor teams and align staffing with commitments.
• Manage contracts, scopes, pricing, and subcontractor strategies.
