Liberty Electric, based in the Greater Seattle Area, offers an entry point into project management as a Project Assistant. You will support our project managers, organize documents, and coordinate between office and field teams to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
• 1–2 years of office or construction-related experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person.
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and a positive, motivated attitude.
• Comfort using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Keep projects organized by helping with filing, data entry, and document control.
• Support managers with reports, schedules, and communication between office and field teams.
• Learn how to process invoices, track project progress, and assist with day-to-day project operations.
• Take ownership of tasks, solve problems, and contribute to the success of major infrastructure projects.
