Job summary

Liberty Electric, based in the Greater Seattle Area, seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee major public works and infrastructure projects. You will provide leadership, manage budgets, schedules, and resources while ensuring safety and quality from start to finish.

You will mentor project teams, coordinate with field and office staff, and negotiate with subcontractors to protect Liberty's interests. The role demands a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction management leading large or complex projects.
• Bachelor-level degree or higher in CM or related field preferred.
• Strong financial literacy and cost control for projects.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire project teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, execution, and closeout.
• Mentor teams and maintain accountability.
• Manage budgets, billings, and financial projections.
