Job summary

Liberty Electric is seeking a Project Engineer to support project management teams across the Pacific Northwest. You will work both in the office and on site in the Greater Seattle Area, ensuring projects are organized, documented, and moving forward with supervision from senior leaders.

You will assist with submittals, cost support, and administrative tasks while maintaining strong communication with field teams. This role emphasizes ownership, reliability, and continual process improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4–6 years of industry experience or a Construction Management degree.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers and their teams in the office and field to keep projects organized and moving forward.
• Prepare, process, and track submittals, change orders, proposals, RFIs, RFQs, ASIs, and daily logs; maintain project files.
• Assist with pricing, extra work, and daily cost support; process daily force account reports and update schedules.
• Perform data entry into COINS or other databases; handle daily administrative tasks and identify process improvements.
