Job summary

Caliente Construction is seeking a Project Manager in Tempe to drive project success from planning through closeout. The PM coordinates stakeholders, manages budgets, schedules, and safety, and ensures quality and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have an undergraduate construction management degree with 5–7 years of scope experience, proficiency in Procore and MS Office, and a collaborative leadership style.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Five to seven years of job-specific scope experience.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Bluebeam, Procore, Vista, and Powerproject.
• Thorough understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction cost accounting and reporting.
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability.
• Team player with leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees one or more Assistant Project Managers and/or Project Engineers.
• Delegates assignments based on expertise and schedules.
• Manages project viability, constructability, and contract requirements.
• Maintains professional relationships with stakeholders to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Develops project budgets and detailed quantity takeoffs with pricing.
• Develops construction schedules and coordinates labor and subcontractors.
• Ensures timely project billing and financial projections.
• Notifies stakeholders of non-compliance and documents issues.
• Conducts regular site evaluations and ensures safety and QA/QC standards.
• Mentors junior team members and supports leadership development.
