Job summary

CHASSE Building Team in Tempe, AZ seeks a Lead Project Superintendent to provide administrative and technical direction for projects including schools, municipal, and commercial buildings. You will ensure safety, manage permits and compliance, maintain contract knowledge, and coordinate daily with PMs and subcontractors to meet the master schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years as a Construction Superintendent.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Safety Program and ensure safe execution of all activities per policies and required results.
• Secure and monitor permits; ensure compliance with documentation.
• Uphold company, client, and project policies, procedures, and standards.
• Maintain knowledge of contract specifications, documents, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Oversee all administrative and reporting functions.
• Oversee all technical/engineering functions (planning, means and methods, scheduling, submittals, transmittals, shop drawings, critical lifts).
• Coordinate daily with subcontractors and align with the master project schedule.
• Prepare daily superintendent reports detailing weather, site conditions, RFI responses, and deliveries.
• Promote employee development, training, and advancement.
• Ensure adherence to Quality Control measures, testing, and inspections.
• Participate in formal and informal partnering sessions.
• Coordinate extra work with the Project Manager and review bids when involved.
