STRUCTURAL in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects with significant autonomy. You will direct multidisciplinary teams, manage schedules, budgets, and client relationships, and collaborate with in-house estimators and sales to drive successful bids.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction/restoration, a degree in CM/ Civil-Structural eng, and a track record of managing $1–5M projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction/restoration.
• Experience managing projects valued between $1–5 million.
• Experience with concrete repair, strengthening or industrial maintenance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PM/forecasting tools.
• Strong leadership to mentor others.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage complex construction projects on time and within budget.
• Prepare contracts, negotiate revisions, and work with contracts teams.
• Develop and manage project schedules with field leadership.
• Oversee project financials including P&L and projections.
• Provide leadership to project teams and field crews.
• Collaborate with estimators and sales to review bids.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Uphold safety and quality across all projects.
