Clune Construction in Austin, TX is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to lead preconstruction and field planning, manage crews, coordinate trade partners, and drive schedule performance on commercial interior, healthcare and mission-critical projects.

You will champion safety, QA/QC, and client relations, mentor junior staff, and oversee closeout activities to ensure a successful turnover. BS in CM/Engineering preferred with 6–15 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree preferred in CM, Architecture or Engineering.
• 6–15 years of experience in commercial interior, healthcare and/or mission-critical projects.
• Leadership and client relationship skills required.

Responsabilités

• Lead preconstruction and field planning with phasing, site logistics and execution strategies.
• Direct daily field activities, coordinate trades and manage manpower to meet schedule.
• Promote safety, QA/QC and project excellence to meet requirements before turnover.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers and inspectors and represent the firm professionally.
• Oversee project closeout, punch lists and turnover documentation.
