Job summary

Hourigan is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive large, complex projects to on-time, on-budget completion while delivering exceptional owner experience. You will own finances, contracts, schedules, subcontracts, and close-out activities, coordinating with the superintendent and project team.

Ideal candidates bring a BS in Construction Management or related field, 10+ years in construction, strong estimating and administration knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of industry experience, with significant time at a general contractor.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating, means and methods, accounting, and document administration.
• Experience with scheduling software and various delivery systems.
• LEED certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own all project finances and contracts, in coordination with the project team.
• Prepare and manage the project schedule with input from subcontractors.
• Review and approve subcontracts and budget changes.
• Lead owner and subcontractor coordination and preconstruction meetings.
• Oversee change orders, RFIs, and payment applications.
• Support safety and quality control programs on site.
• Mentor and lead project team members and foster Hourigan's values.
