Job summary

Choate Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, highly complex projects and multiple teams in Atlanta. You will be responsible for strategic delivery, safety, schedule, cost control, and quality, while developing client and design partner relationships for repeat work.

The role requires seasoned construction leadership with extensive PM experience, strong contracts knowledge, and the ability to drive results and profitability.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in construction with a track record of managing complex projects.
• Minimum 10 years as a Project Manager on progressively larger projects.
• Strong expertise in planning, scheduling, cost control, and quality oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Managers and Superintendents to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to pursue repeat and new work opportunities.
• Negotiate terms and manage contracts and risk with divisions leadership.
• Oversee safety programs and ensure Project Specific Safety Plans are followed.
• Mentor staff and drive accountability across multiple project teams.
