Responsibilities

• Lead and consult with field PMs, GCs and owners to ensure project success.
• Oversee pre-construction, planning, scheduling and cost control for projects.
• Negotiate subcontracts and manage subcontractor relationships and payments.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and project quality.
• Provide strategic planning, submittals, RFIs and change orders.
