BCCI, part of the STO Building Group, seeks a Superintendent in San Francisco, CA to oversee high-end renovations and TI construction projects, driving quality, client satisfaction and profitability. You will manage staff, coordinate with owners, tenants, and professional teams, and ensure timely documentation and financial reporting.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in commercial construction, a bachelor’s degree in construction management or construction science, and hands-on experience with

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of experience in commercial construction management.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or construction science is preferred.
• Experience with Procore and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high-end renovation and TI projects, ensuring quality, client satisfaction and profitability.
• Manage project staff and coordinate with owners, tenants and all professional groups.
• Monitor schedules, budgets and related documentation; prepare status and financial reports.
• Prepare/review change orders, approve payments, and ensure closeout documentation.
