Job summary

Griffith Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager for its Southern Region to provide overall administrative and technical direction on projects. You will plan, direct, and coordinate engineering and scheduling activities, lead field teams, manage contracts and budgets, and ensure on-time delivery with quality and safety standards.

Essential functions include coordinating with owners, managing project documentation, risk and cost controls, and overseeing subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combinations of technical training and related experience.
• Proven experience in people management, strategic planning and risk management.
• Strong time management, writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate engineering and scheduling activities for designated projects.
• Manage field team, budgets, and subcontractor relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Maintain project documentation and safety/quality controls; oversee owner meetings and reporting.
