Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combinations of technical training and related experience.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and computer skills.
• Strong time management and a good work ethic.
• Knowledge of public contract code and project estimation practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage the field team with the Division Manager and Estimator
• Establish project objectives with the Division Manager
• Monitor and control construction to ensure schedule and budget adherence
• Manage all job administration and contract documentation with owner, subcontractors and suppliers
• Oversee project budgets, forecasts and change orders
• Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
