Job summary

Planate Management Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee and monitor large, complex construction projects. The role requires strong leadership, technical judgment, and the ability to manage multiple aspects of construction while ensuring compliance with project requirements, specifications, and government regulations.

Salary: $100k - $110k/year with experience-based variation. Travel to port of entry within client span of control and collaboration with government

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor construction requirements, conduct site surveys and ensure compliance with plans and specs.
• Prepare, update, and manage construction schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Maintain oversight of construction activities, reporting issues to Contractor and Government leadership.
• Exercise technical judgment in addressing construction-related problems and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate and monitor project tasks to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and government representatives.
