Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or applicable bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5–7+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to collaborate with a broader team.
• Effective presentation skills and ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction PM tools.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Verify that project governance, processes and systems are utilized.
• Ensure application of best practice on all projects.
• Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Monitor progress of multiple construction projects to apply design standards correctly.
• Interface management with suppliers via monthly trackers and weekly reviews.
• Communicate project information through meetings and written updates.
• Forecast and update key project milestones.
• Lead local design teams in line with commission criteria.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, contractors, and regional stakeholders.
• Respond rapidly to RFIs from the field.
• Offer cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance as needed.
• Independent review of status reports, drawings, timelines and costs.
• Develop excellent client relationships to maximize new opportunities.
• Provide strategic guidance to achieve client and business objectives.
• Capture key learnings from each project for knowledge management.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes.
• SOX control responsibilities may apply where relevant.
