Job summary

Bobbitt Construction Inc is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee all phases of construction projects in the Carolinas. The role demands proactive leadership, rigorous coordination of diverse teams, and a focus on delivering projects from initiation through completion.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Safety certifications as required.
• Ability to read, understand, and execute blueprints, drawings, and plans.
• Thorough understanding of quality building practices.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Involvement in the Sales process and RFQs, Owner meetings.
• Ability to do project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach project team.
• Position every project for Owner and Bobbitt success.
• Accompany the Sales Team on interviews when needed.
• Support Preconstruction for constructability and budgets.
• Develop schedules and cost‑effective plans.
• Originate Subcontracts and Purchase Orders per Bobbitt standards.
• Coordinate trades and communicate instructions.
• Inspect work for quality and timeliness; report progress.
