Job summary

Bobbitt Group in Cary, NC seeks a Project Manager II to oversee all phases of construction projects, driving delivery from initiation through completion. The role requires proactive leadership, strong communication, and a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will mentor teams, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with owners, architects, and subs. Occasional travel and in-person collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Ability to read, understand, and execute blueprints and plans.
• Experience with budget tracking, schedules, and RFIs/ submittals.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach project teams to deliver Owner and Bobbitt success.
• Develop schedules and cost-effective plans for Preconstruction and Construction.
• Coordinate trades, inspect work quality, and report progress to owners/architects.
• Manage cost control, PCOs, and cash flow; use Procore to track tasks.
