Job summary

Bobbitt Group in Burlington, NC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to coordinate information, support budgets, and drive project milestones on-site. You will assist with RFIs, submittals, pay apps, and owner reporting while collaborating closely with the project team.

The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and effective communication with stakeholders, leveraging Procore, Office, and industry tools to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; four-year degree strongly preferred in construction, engineering, or business.
• 2–5 years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor.
• Ability to master project-specific software including Procore, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and BlueBeam.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adherence to safety standards and filing of required documentation.
• Assist in creating and managing project budgets and milestone reports.
• Attend project meetings, update schedules, and support QC and closeout processes.
• Collaborate with project superintendent and site operations throughout the project.
