Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join a growing Charlotte-based construction team. You will oversee 2–4 commercial projects from inception through completion, including ground-up and renovation/upfit work, while building strong client relationships and leading project teams.

In this role you will manage schedules and budgets, coordinate stakeholders and subcontractors, and proactively solve challenges.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong relationship-building and client-facing abilities.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think independently.
• Demonstrated drive, initiative and a results-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2-4 construction projects concurrently from inception through completion.
• Oversee both ground-up and renovation/upfit projects.
• Lead project teams including Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and operational execution.
• Proactively identify and solve project challenges as they arise.
• Foster collaboration between clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support successful delivery across corporate, institutional, commercial, and specialty project sectors.
