Qualifications

• At least 8 years of Construction Management work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Construction Science or related discipline, or comparable work experience.
• Experience with project management of commercial and industrial projects.
• Ability to diagnose key information, identify profitability risks, and navigate to successful outcomes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word.
• Ability to read and understand specifications and drawings, with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety plans and measures for branch and projects.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings; oversee QA/QC.
• Create and implement job schedules; coordinate with field teams.
• Conduct takeoffs to verify estimates; manage subcontractors and change orders.
• Monitor job costs through financial analysis and ensure customer alignment.
• Support vendor selection, material coordination, and warranties.
