Job summary

Clune Construction Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Vienna, VA to oversee all phases of construction from budgeting to closeout. You will lead project teams, manage client relations, and drive cost control and scheduling, ensuring successful project delivery for commercial builds.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting acumen, and a track record of managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of construction project management experience, or 5+ years with a Bachelor's, or 3+ years with a Master's.
• Experience in commercial construction.
• Experience managing all aspects of field operations including scheduling, quality control, and coordinating sub-contractors.
• Strong estimating and budgeting skills with ability to prepare lump-sum bids.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to interact with high-end clients.
• Proficiency with scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Lead responses to RFPs, develop presentations, and pitch new work.
• Oversee preconstruction efforts from budgets through final budget approval.
• Manage contract reviews with owners and subcontractors.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the project team.
• Oversee project cost control and budget management.
• Mentor Project Managers, Assistants, and interns; support mentoring programs.
