Job summary

RockBridge Search is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to own planning, schedules, budgets, and client coordination on complex construction projects in Tennessee. You’ll drive from initiation through completion, manage risks, and maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.

The ideal candidate has several years of progressive PM experience in construction, strong knowledge of contracts, estimating input, project controls, and excellent written and verbal

Qualifications

• Progressive construction project management experience.
• Strong understanding of contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the planning, execution, and completion of assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Coordinate with superintendents, project engineers, subcontractors, vendors, owners, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Review plans, contracts, and scopes to identify issues early.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay apps, PO's, and other docs.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across parties.
• Maintain client relationships and protect schedule, budget, and quality.
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and on-schedule project delivery.
• Assist with estimating, preconstruction, procurement, and turnover when needed.
